Become a Part of BTB.

You can sign up for any of our memberships online. Every membership includes a BTB Dynamics course for no additional charge. If you are new to CrossFit, you must complete this course prior to starting our all levels classes. If you are an experienced CrossFitter or have already completed BTB Dynamics, you can start classes right away. Please check the BTB Dynamics Schedule before signing up to properly choose your start date.

If you are unsure about our program and want to give it a try while learning all about it, you can sign up for one of our BTB Dynamics courses by itself with no further commitment. You'll see the schedule when you click on the sign up link. 

How to Get Started at BTB

Unlike most gyms and fitness faclilites that take a "show & go" and good luck approach- we are a bit different in that we are more like a fitness/strength & conditioning coaching facility. There are a couple of steps to making sure we are a good fit for you and getting joined up. You can get general information and see most of the common questions you might have by checking out our FAQ's page.

Step 1: Check Us Out

While is it not required that you attend an Open House Workout before siging up, feel free to check us out. Each Saturday @ 11:00 AM, we have a free, open house workout for those without prior CrossFit experience. SIGN UP FOR OPEN HOUSE. In this session, we'll explain a little about our program and run you through a training session to give you a little "dose" of what our workouts and our culture is all about.

Step 2: New Members and Those New to CrossFit Will Start With Our Dynamics Workshop

New memebrs to our program will start with our Dynamics Workshop on ramp course. This is a course consisting of about 5 hours of coaching to prepare you for our all levels classes. You'll be taught all the how's & why's of our program in a small group environment. Each session of this course will include a workout based on the new skills and concepts that you have learned.

Step 3: Join the BTB Family.

We have several membership options available at BTB. We do not require any sort of contract or messy paperwork to join. Our membership pricing is based on how often you plan on using the gym. As a BTB member, you will have access to all of our facilities, clinics and various class offerings. You will also get a 15% discount on any personal training sessions that you may want to do and 15% off of our BTB Kids training program.

Step 4: Get Involved. Succeed. 

Part of being in the BTB Family is the camaraderie, motivation, competition and great support that is fostered within our own community. The more involved folks get, the more successful they are. Those who do the bare minimum and talk to no one ususall fail. Or, else they just move on to greener pastures as they feel "left out". We don't want that to happen. Whether you are a member or not, you can keep up with all things BTB via our various social networking avenues.
